SHARON LASCO CBTP
CHAIR OF THE BOARD
Sharon Lasco is a COVID-19 Researcher for the the state of Indiana. She started this career in the beginning of the pandemic, in May of 2020, as a Lead Investigator. She is passionate about helping and serving others which is why she started this new career in contact tracing. Sharon graduated from Ashford University in 2014 with bachelor degrees in Psychology and Applied Behavior Science. Sharon's previous experience includes being a mental health professional, Life Skills Coach and Cognitive Behavior Therapy practitioner. Sharon is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors for Lasco Cancer Fund and has functioned as a member of the board and as the Executive Assistant. She is a passionate advocate for Multiple Myeloma and has served beside her husband since 2014. Sharon's goal is to continue bringing awareness and education about Multiple Myeloma with the desire to help save lives.

Jimmie Lasco has been an important member of the LCF/MMEF family for many years. His dedication to the organizations mission and purpose has been valuable to the organizations growth and impact in the community.
SECRETARY OF THE BOARD
Michael Miles was born in our nation's capital Washington DC. Grew up serving the community in the city of Alexandria Virginia. He is an advanced program high school graduate of TC Williams where he received Honors in Literary Arts and English. He majored in Banking and Finance at Bowie State University where he was Treasurer of Student Government Association, Vice President of Finance Committee, Captain of Football team, and President of Entrepreneurial organization the "Firm" which earned 100k in a school year. Mr. Miles developed and administered mentoring programs for state of Maryland Prince George's County School systems under Director Zack Berry, Senator Joanne Benson and Maryland Delegate Darren Swain. He has also served a temporary post as "The United States Department of Civil Rights Senior Technical Report Writer; under United States Director Kathleen Gause. He is a resident of Charlotte North Carolina and looks forward to serving the community as Secretary of the board for Lasco Cancer Fund.
Jane Wease is a native of Louisville, KY but has lived in Indiana, Missouri and in the UK. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and has been married for 36 years. Her work experience has included being a cartographer, volunteer coordinator, small business owner, memory care activity director and caregiver. she took interest in being involved with the Lasco Cancer Fund because of her personal experience with two family members who contracted Multiple Myeloma. She looks forward to to playing a part in supporting families who are facing this disease until it is finally cured.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Robert Lasco is the Chief Executive Officer/Founder of Lasco Cancer Fund dba Multiple Myeloma Education Fund. Robert Lasco founded this 501 (c)3, non-profit organization, in 2014. After being diagnosed with the cancer, Multiple Myeloma, the organization was birthed. Robert is passionate about bringing education and awareness about Multiple Myeloma to society at-large. Robert has partnered with several pharmaceutical companies, as a spokesperson for Multiple Myeloma, in the African American community. Robert Lasco and his wife, Sharon Lasco, are both advocates for a cure for Multiple Myeloma and effective treatments.
ROBERT RANKIN JR D.RT
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Over the past 20 years Robert Rankin Jr. has worked diligently to not only improve his professional platform but to improve the quality of life for those in his community. He has volunteered for numerous community based organizations including JDRF, Lasco Cancer Fund and the Lupus Foundation. He spent 5 years facilitating the support of individuals with MH/MR/DD/SA diagnosis through his work as a Mental Health Case Manager. He would leave the mental health field and serve in the military as an airborne parachute rigger. After retiring from the US army, he turned his focus towards serving people through complementary Integrative care services as a practitioner at Our Legacy Integrative Health Research and Education LLC. Dr. Rankin has a Doctorate degree in Religious Theology as well as a Masters in Psychology. His years of business and health care experience strengthens his ability to guide the organization in the right direction and ensure that the best quality of service is provided to the community.
As an Executive officer in the organization, Mrs. Evans brings years of business management experience to the team. With her continuous work in the private and non-profit sectors, Mrs. Evans leads the day to day operations of the Multiple Myeloma Education Fund and ensures the organizations overall commitment to serving the community.
CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
Annie has been with LCF/MMEF for the last 3 years assisting in making sure the organization maintains regulatory compliance and is financially structured. Her assistance with monitoring organizational spending and tracking funding and donations have been key to the organizations success.
